Invoice Categorization Manager

Built a JavaFX desktop application for Manhattan Pizza, integrating Truist's REST API to fetch invoice data and attachments, normalize and persist records to SQLite, and keep the UI responsive using background processing. Implemented configurable rule-based classification and generated Excel exports via Apache POI.

The workflow keeps ingestion, review, and export in one place so accounting can stay consistent across monthly reviews, with reliable reports and clean, ready-to-share output.
